Structure Overview Commercial Sausage Making Machine:
1. This machine primarily consists of the feed section, dosing section, main cylinder, air cylinder, rotary valve cylinder, twisting system, twister, and discharge section.
2. The dosing section primarily consists of a dosing guide rod, fine-adjustment nut, positioning block, and positioning screw. This is used to adjust the dosing quantity as needed.
3. The feed section primarily consists of a hopper, dosing cylinder, piston rod, piston, sealing ring, and flange.
4. The feed power comes from the main cylinder, which drives the piston rod to control the feed. The main cylinder is located at the lower rear of the machine.
The air power from the rotary valve cylinder controls the rotating arm, which drives the rotary valve. The rotation of the rotary valve controls the discharge.
The twisting system primarily uses compressed air as a power source, converting the cylinder's linear motion into rotational motion. This motion is transmitted to the twister via a sprocket chain. A synchronous coupling synchronizes the twister and casing tube.
